“Some time to walk, some time to talk, some time to just be friends. Take some time to cherish love; some time, in time, will end.” ~ John Peitzman (JP)

The answer for most of us includes wasting quite a lot of it. Not just wasting time in what we are doing, but more tragically, wasting time in how we are being.

When is the last time you took the time to pause and ponder your most valuable relationships? When is the last time you took some time to go outside for a walk with a friend? When is the last time you were truly present with another human being engaged in meaningful and connected conversation?

Do you recall the last time you communicated clearly to another in your life how much you value and appreciate them and how much they mean to you? When we take the time to identify and cherish the vast amount of joy, wonder and love in our lives, the experience of this life immediately evolves to another level. To have this ongoing awareness and ability embedded into our daily lives takes practice.

Especially in today’s age of overwhelming distraction – even though seemingly simple and straight forward – establishing such beneficial habits can be challenging.

As time goes by, in time (with awareness and effective practices), we are able to more fully cherish this experience of life.
